Uplift AI Sports

Uplift AI Sports is a machine learning platform for sports talent identification and recruitment analytics, helping college programs, professional scouts, and national federations identify high-potential athletes from large populations of youth and amateur competitors. By combining physical testing data, competition results, movement quality assessments, and psychological profiling into multi-dimensional athlete models, Uplift's AI predicts long-term athletic potential and career trajectory with greater accuracy than traditional scouting methods relying on current performance alone. The platform is particularly focused on reducing bias in talent identification by surfacing athletes from underrepresented regions and backgrounds who might otherwise be overlooked.
