Flourish App

Flourish is an evidence-based AI-powered mental wellbeing platform built by psychologists and behavioral scientists, and is the only generative AI mental health app supported by multiple randomized controlled trials conducted with leading research institutions. Two large-scale RCTs including a Harvard University working paper and a second study with over 1,100 participants demonstrated that Flourish users reported significantly higher positive emotions, lower loneliness, greater resilience, stronger belonging, and clinically meaningful reductions in anxiety and depressive symptoms compared to control groups.
