Fleetline

Fleetline is a Y Combinator-backed AI load planning platform for mid to large-sized trucking fleets that combines advanced optimization algorithms with large language model reasoning to create complete-context dispatch plans that human planners and rigid algorithmic systems cannot match. Modern fleet dispatchers face an overwhelming task of balancing hours-of-service regulations, customer delivery windows, live fleet data, driver preferences, and equipment constraints simultaneously across dozens or hundreds of trucks. Fleetline's AI ingests all of this context, builds an optimized load plan, and continuously re-optimizes as conditions change throughout the day. Unlike legacy optimization systems that produce rigid, hard-to-interpret outputs, Fleetline uses LLMs to capture driver-specific nuances and schedule exceptions, generating plans that are both mathematically optimal and operationally practical for fleet managers and drivers.
