Birch AI

Birch AI is a post-call processing automation platform for contact centers that uses AI to complete after-call work including call notes, CRM updates, and disposition coding automatically, eliminating the manual data entry that follows every agent interaction. Its speech AI transcribes and analyzes calls, extracts structured information, and populates the appropriate CRM fields and ticketing systems based on conversation content. Birch AI reduces average handle time by automating the documentation tasks agents perform after calls, increasing the number of customers agents can serve per hour.
